Welcome to your space for healing, clarity and connection
Life can change in an instant — through illness, injury, diagnosis, or the slow unfolding of something you didn’t see coming. Whether you’re living with chronic illness, navigating disability, or supporting a loved one through these changes, you may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are now.
You’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m Sia — a holistic counsellor, chronically ill and disabled, a late-diagnosed autistic woman, and someone who has walked this path myself. I offer counselling that honours your lived experience, your grief, your resilience, and your right to be heard and supported.
This practice is built for people like you… people who are navigating the emotional impact of chronic illness, disability, and identity loss. Whether you’ve received a new diagnosis, are deep in the journey, or if supporting someone you love… I provide a safe, inclusive space to explore what healing and wholeness can look like for you.
What I offer
-

Support for grief, identity loss, and adjustment
Living with illness or disability can bring profound changes to how you see yourself, your relationships, and your future. I offer space to process grief, explore identity, and gently adjust to life’s new shape.
-

Trauma-informed care for people with disability and chronic illness
I understand how medical trauma, systemic barriers, and invalidation can impact emotional wellbeing. My approach prioritises emotional safety, choice, and compassion… always attuned to your lived reality.
-

Neurodivergent-affirming practice
As a neurodivergent counsellor, I honour diverse ways of thinking, feeling, and communicating. Sessions are adapted to suit your sensory needs, processing style, and preferred pace — no masking, no judgment.
-

Lived experience-informed support
I’ve walked this path myself — through diagnosis, disability, and identity shifts. I bring not just training, but deep empathy and insight, offering support that truly understands what it’s like to live through it.
